Service Description
Scientific research in neurology shows us that our brains can physically change when given new information. This is called neuroplasticity. Why is that such good news? It means we don't have to stay stuck with old habitual ways of thinking that aren't working for us. We can create new healthier habits and ways of thinking. With Mindfulness practice, you can begin approaching your life in new more skillful ways, and I will work with you every step of the way! It turns out that the old adage about old dogs learning new tricks isn't true. We can all continue learning and growing our brains.
